- Individual Nutrition Counseling
Available by appointment or with a package deal. Included in the package deal are different quantities of 30-minute sessions which can be combined at your request and at the discretion of our dietitians. The initial assessment will take a minimum of 1 hour. We recommend that you spend a minimum of 4 hours with the dietitian over a 3-month period to make permanent lifestyle changes to allow for a healthy aging process. Contact us for package pricing.
- Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) Testing
RMR gives an accurate picture of how efficiently your body is burning calories. This baseline allows for the Registered Dietitian to better assess your nutrition goals and create a plan to maximize your success. Cost: $100 or $75 when you purchase it with a package deal.

Our maintenance plan is available to those that have purchased a nutrition package and offers you the ability to stay on track with monthly weigh-ins, email access to a dietitian who will answer your questions in a timely manner and a 25% discount on follow up sessions.

Training can be expensive, but we can help you find a way to make it affordable – ask us about the available Worker Training Grants, and our corporate staff will assist you in the application process.
